Starting at 8:00 am from Muscat city tour (Muscat is the capital of
sultanate Oman) then move to Nizwa Over Night at guest house.

• Visit Grand Mosque (the largest mosque in Oman)
• Visit Al-Alam Palace (one of six residences of the sultan and has a history of over 200 years)
• Visit old Mutrah & market (Mutrah Souq is one of the oldest markets in the Sultanate of Oman. The souq is a deep extension within the city. It’s entrance gate faces the Sea of Oman and is located at the Mutrah Sea Road)
• Visit museum & fort (Fort Al-Mirani is located in the old city of Muscat. Al Jalali Fort or Ash Sharqiya Fort is a fort in the Harbor of old Muscat and was built in the 1580s by the Portuguese.

From Muscat into the Hajar Mountains to Jabal Shams

First drive to Wadi Bani Aouf and further on to Jabal Shams for Over Night.

Jabal Shams is the highest mountain of the Hajar range with a popular sightseeing area.

• Watch the Sunset at the Al Nakhur Canyon
